Reserve and exchange
You reserve with the developer's reservation fee, then exchange with the deposit. We arrange mortgage and tax introductions if you need them.
Let it and manage it
When the building completes, our lettings and management team can find tenants and look after the property, wherever you live.

Deposits, mortgages, lettings and buying from abroad.
How much deposit do I need?
It depends on the development. Most of the developments we are selling ask for 20% or 25% on exchange, and Elizabeth House exchanges with 10%. Some, such as Interchange Residences, also take a reservation fee (£5,000 there) when you reserve.
Can you help with the mortgage?
Yes. We can put you in touch with a mortgage broker early, so you know what you can borrow before you reserve. We can also introduce you for tax advice.
Can you let and manage the property once it is built?
Yes. Our lettings and property management team can find tenants and manage the property, including for owners who live outside the UK.
Do you sell in central London?
Yes. Alongside investment property across the UK, we sell homes in prime central London, such as W1 Place and Marylebone Square, close to our office on Wimpole Street.
Can I buy from abroad?
Yes. We work with international buyers, have an office in Amsterdam, and offer property management for owners overseas.
